| The requirement of Registration |
The unprecise Registration includes single-face and double-face. The Registration error of front cover is less than or equal to 0.1mm, inside page is less than or equal to 0.2mm, inside page of fine presswork is less than or equal to 0.15mm.
(Register error: under daylight vision, minimum distance human eyes may distinguish is 0.0073mm; combining other factors and aspects, when the error is less than 0.01mm, human eyes can hardly tell.
Considering print is visual product, when vision can not spot register error, then the product is qualified.) |
